We use an EPS-based Discounted Earnings Model with a 12% discount rate, 4% terminal growth rate, and a 20% maximum growth cap. This gives you a fair value estimate to compare against the current market price.
ETFs are scored using a 5-factor composite model: Cost Efficiency (25%), Performance (25%), Yield (20%), Size (15%), and Diversification (15%). Each factor is scored 0-100 and combined into an overall rating.
