Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AZAI Oracle ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Not Financial Advice

The information provided by AZAI Oracle, including but not limited to stock valuations, intrinsic value calculations, AI-generated analysis, ETF ratings, buy/sell/hold verdicts, margin of safety indicators, and PDF reports, is for informational and educational purposes only.

• AZAI Oracle is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
• The App does not take into account your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or needs.
• Any "Buy", "Sell", "Hold", "Great Deal", "Good", "Fair", or "Bad" labels are mathematical outputs of our valuation models and should NOT be interpreted as personalized investment recommendations.
• You should always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• Financial data is sourced from third-party providers (including Yahoo Finance) and may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies.
• AI-generated analysis is produced by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.
• Valuation models (including the Discounted Earnings Model and ETF Composite Scoring Model) are simplified mathematical models that do not capture all factors affecting a security's value.
• Past performance of any stock or ETF does not guarantee future results.
• We make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information displayed in the App.

3. Assumption of Risk

All investment decisions are made at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Investing in stocks, ETFs, and other securities involves risk, including the potential loss of principal.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes.
• You will not rely solely on information from AZAI Oracle when making investment decisions.
• Market conditions can change rapidly and historical data may not reflect current or future performance.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZAI Oracle, its developers, owners, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from investment decisions made using information from the App
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App's data or analysis
• Damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or data delays
• Any reliance placed on information provided by the App

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AZAI Oracle, its developers, owners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any investment decisions you make based on information obtained from the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AZAI Oracle, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AZAI Oracle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App's data or analysis
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Misrepresent the App's output as professional financial advice

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including Yahoo Finance and Google Gemini AI. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of data from these services is also subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AZAI Oracle regarding your use of the App.
